With great sadness we wish to announce Beach Safari’s final trading day will be this Sunday 2nd February 2025
The ongoing challenges of finding staff have ultimately proved too difficult.
Key staff are moving on this week to pursue studies and further opportunities, and we’ve found it impossible to find a suitable team to replace them.
We set out to offer the best quality food and drinks in a beautiful location, and invested substantially to do this – we’ve thrown everything at this and we’ve strived to make it work.
We’ve had a great team with us in the takeaway this summer but the only way we could operate the dining space was with family and friends on holidays and this is not sustainable in the long term.
We are now actively trying to find a successor.
Thank you to all who have supported us over the last 14 months. Its been a joy to serve you and hope we cross paths again.

Is our bold, brave new venture on the NSW South Coast (northern side of Jervis Bay). We are a journalist and TV director who’ve never owned a food outlet before but, here we are! Beach Safari is just offering take away right now, there are still all the old favourites on offer as well as daily specials. In the meantime we’ve stocked some gourmet items in our grocery store, added some popular wines & craft beers to the bottle shop, stacked the freezers with ice cream and the fridges with soft drinks – all ready for a sizzling summer!
